# Brand Vocabulary

## How to Ensure Proper Nouns, Brand Vocabulary and Key Terms Are Accurately Transcribed?

OpusClip provides a suite of features to ensure proper nouns, brand vocabulary and key terms are consistently and accurately transcribed in a clip or across all clips. Here's how to use them based on your needs:

1. Correcting terms in a clip:

* Double-click on the word you want to correct in the editor.
* Update the word as needed.
* Click **Apply to all** to automatically fix all instances of the word in the clip.
* You can also add the corrected word to your brand vocabulary by checking the **"Add to brand vocabulary"** checkbox. By doing so, all new clips will automatically transcribe this word correctly.

2. Correcting terms across all projects:

* Go to Asset Library
* Under **'Brand Vocabulary'**, click on **'Add proper nouns'**
* Type in the term/name you want to add to your vocabulary and click 'Enter'. You can add multiple terms.
* Once you've added all your terms, click on **'Add to Brand Vocabulary'**
* All new clips going forward will transcribe the terms you added correctly (You'll need to reprocess your existing clips you created earlier to apply this change)
